Tatiana Da Cunha, Esq.

Attorney Tatiana Da Cunha founded the Law Office of Tatiana Da Cunha after becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 2019. As an immigrant and firm believer in the importance of family, Tatiana focuses on the two areas of law that mean the most to her: immigration law and family law.

Tatiana’s love of the law and service to others runs deep as she is the daughter of a successful Brazilian attorney and a Federal Judge. In addition, she is fluent in Portuguese and English, enabling her to communicate directly with her Brazilian clients.

Tatiana developed a passion for immigration law and was first exposed to legal challenges during an internship with Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) while in law school.

During her tenure with ICE, Tatiana witnessed firsthand how honest, competent, and experienced legal representation is crucial in determining individuals’ and families' fates. While at the same time, they yearn for a just and fair opportunity to start (or continue) their lives in this country. As an immigrant, Tatiana understands what it is like to be on the client's side of the process. Her personal experience, coupled with the fact that she worked on the other side of the battlefield aiding ICE attorneys, gives her a unique perspective that is undeniably valuable when fighting for YOUR case.

In addition to Immigration, Tatiana offers services in Family Law. As a family law practitioner, Tatiana aims to bring closure and peace of mind to all parties during the divorce process, especially when children are involved. Tatiana provides unbiased counsel with the children's best interest at the center of all negotiations. Tatiana understands that competent and effective legal representation must achieve the best results.

Tatiana ensures that her clients have access to her and maintains an open line of communication. At all times, and through all she does, her motto remains “Representing Clients with Passion, Professionalism, and Integrity.”

Personal

Tatiana enjoys traveling and spending time with her children in her spare time. She also believes in the value of giving back to the community. She volunteers her time taking pro bono cases from the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association and assisting victims of domestic violence from the Hope & Justice Foundation.

“I help people solve their legal problems and, in some cases, to conquer the American Dream. This is very rewarding—I enjoy that I can make a lasting difference in people's lives by obtaining a fair divorce settlement or winning their immigration cases.”
